從低電滲瓊脂糖中改性而來,熔膠溫度低于65℃饲齐,凝膠30℃以下才開始凝固,高分辨率钉凌,可配制4%~5%的濃度,適合小片段DNA電泳捂人、核酸分子的膠回收御雕、凝膠內(nèi)酶促反應、細胞克隆滥搭、病毒空斑實驗等酸纲。
It is modified from low electro-osmotic agarose, with a melting temperature below 65℃ and a gelling temperature below 30. It offers high resolution and can be prepared at concentrations of 4% to 5%. It is suitable for electrophoresis of small DNA fragments, recovery of nucleic acid molecules, enzymatic reactions within the gel, cell cloning, and viral plaque assays.
